Middle East product manager Owen Walker said sales for the destination have grown 81% year on year with advance bookings for 2018 departure dates up by 30%.
He added a Jordan escorted tour is the most popular at 207% up while those to Uzbekistan were up 82%.
Morocco and Oman were up 71% and 38% respectively while tailor-made bookings to the region made in 2018 have increased by 48%.
Walker said: “We are thrilled to see that customers’ confidence in the region is returning and our bookings are looking so positive so far this year.
"Historically, the Middle East was one of Cox & Kings’ best performing regions, with Jordan in the top three bestselling tours. I am delighted to see that so far for 2018, it is back in our top three again”.
