The four-night educational will see trade partners staying at Universal Orlando Resort after jetting off from Manchester with Thomas Cook Airlines on April 15.
Agents can increase their chances of winning a place every time they make a booking with Thomas Cook, Airtours, Manos, Club 18-30, Thomas Cook Signature or Thomas Cook Airlines.
Bookings for packages to Florida will qualify for double entry.
All sales made during the peak booking period up to the end of February will be included in the draw and the winning agents will be notified during the first week of March.
Phil Gardner, head of commercial, sales and relations at Thomas Cook said: “We want to reward as many of our independent agent partners as possible, and for them to experience what their customers can book with us first-hand.
“As our most popular long haul destination so far for summer 2018, Florida is the ideal choice for our first ever mega fam trip. We are confident that the winning agents will not only have a great time, but also come back more knowledgeable about our fantastic Thomas Cook holidays, award-winning Thomas Cook Airlines and the destination itself.”
Thomas Cook has also announced the return of its Live Lounge VIP concerts for independent agents with an increased schedule during 2018.
Cook will host 10 events – up from six last year – as part of which agents can enter a prize draw to see popular artists in concerts across the UK every time they book a Thomas Cook, Airtours, Manos, Club 18-30 or Thomas Cook Signature charter holiday during peaks.
This year’s events include Ed Sheeran performing in Cardiff and Sam Smith taking to the stage in London, as well as comedians for the first time.
A “wildcard” event has also been introduced where the artist has not yet been revealed.
