The agency saw turnover rise by 30% during the month, following 2018’s total revenue of more than £40 million.
Blue Bay said Sandals’ conversion rate had increased from 46% to 62% and an average booking value of £5,743.
Average booking value for all transactions in January jumped from £4,072 to £4,441, with bookings up 20% from the same period last year.
“We are extremely happy with the progression during these peak periods,” managing director Maxine Rowland said.
“We are now aiming to maintain this performance throughout the rest of the year.”
Blue Bay operates the Caribbean Warehouse, Tropical Warehouse and Xclusivity brands.
It said a focus for 2019 was to increase the range of eastern Caribbean destinations on offer.
Chief executive Stuart Wilson added: “This is an amazing way to start the year and hopefully we’ll continue the growth to reach our targets for 2019.
