Established in 2003, CHR has partnered with Holiday Extras for more than five years and operates websites such as www.heathrowhotels.com and www.stanstedparking.com.
The deal is the latest in a string of acquisitions for Holiday Extras over the past two years including Purple Parking’s brand and website and parking software specialist Chauntry in November 2017.
Holiday Extras underwent a management buyout in May 2018 with the business valued at £100m.
Matthew Pack, Holiday Extras’ group chief executive called CHR’s websites “a natural fit” to help his company expand its portfolio.
Robert Flouty, founder and chief executive of CHR, said Holiday Extras’ technologies, supply partnerships and distribution network meant it was “the right home” to allow the CHR to grow and take its customer experience “to the next level”.
