The homeworking giant quizzed more than 2,500 customers, with 76% saying holidays are “so important” they still intended to travel as planned next year.
The survey, carried out last month, also found that nearly 60% of customers are planning to secure their 2023 trip at the same time they traditionally book, while 24% wanted to book early and 18% favoured hunting for a last-minute deal two months from departure.
Travel Counsellors said the survey also “highlighted the need for flexibility” when making booking decisions, with more than 60% of its customers interested in low deposits or flexible payment terms.
