Princess Cruises has appointed former Harrods manager Grace Sandwich to its UK trade sales team.
Sandwith will join as sales manager strategic accounts and will be based at Princess’s Carnival House HQ in Southampton.
Her appointment brings Princess’s trade sales team up to 15 members in total.
Sandwith will report to senior sakes manager Karen Farndell alongside colleagues Zoe Scott and Georgie Mireylees.
Rachel Poultney, Princess Cruises’ sales director UK and Europe, said: “Grace brings with her a wealth of experience managing large commercial accounts at Harrods.
‘We’re very excited to have her onboard. Her time working in a prestigious, luxury sector means she is ideally placed to maintain and enhance our premium positioning with agents.”
Sandwith will be responsible for managing several of Princess’s most important accounts, as well as providing advertising and marketing support.
She most recently held the role of divisional merchandise manager at Harrods, including accounts such as Chanel, Dior and Cartier, after working her way through the famous retailer from its graduate scheme.
