Evrima had originally been due to depart on its inaugural voyage in January 2020 but its debut has beset by multiple issues over the past 30 months, not least the Covid pandemic.
It had most recently been scheduled to sail from Athens (Piraeus) on 31 August. It will now depart Barcelona on 15 October.
Ritz-Carlton cited an "unprecedented delay receiving certain compulsory materials necessary to finish the vessel". "Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is personally reaching out to impacted guests and their travel agents," said the line in a statement.
"Guests impacted by this schedule change may choose to reschedule their voyage to an available itinerary or be reimbursed by The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection."
Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection has a further two ships on order, Ilma and Luminara, due for delivery in 2024 and 2025 respectively.
