Sarah Wikevand has been promoted to managing director to drive sales growth and boost cruise partnerships.
Ellie Fielder and Rosie Weir have also been appointed to two newly-created internal-facing managing director roles.
Chief executive Jeremy Dickinson, meanwhile, will move into a more strategic role as ROL chairman.
“We have ambitious plans and the creation of these new appointments will give us the necessary enhanced infrastructure and focus to accelerate continued growth,” said Dickinson.
ROL achieved record-breaking sales of more than £150m last year, the company has said.
