Thomas Cook has launched a new route to Cayo Santa Maria in Cuba.
Citing a 9% year-on-year rise in bookings to Cuba for summer 2017, the operator will commence a weekly service from Manchester to the island on May 5 2018.
Cook claimed to be the only UK tour operator offering “all four major Cuban tourist areas”. It already operates to Varadero, Holguin and Cayo Coco.
Customers can choose from nine all-inclusive hotels with Signature from Thomas Cook or Airtours.
