The Doyle Collection is delighted to appoint Katie Farrell as Chief Commercial Officer, marking an exciting new chapter for the luxury hotel group as it continues to strengthen its global commercial and marketing strategy.
The Doyle Collection is a proudly Irish, family-owned and operated hotel group with properties in Ireland, the United Kingdom and the United States.
The Westbury Hotel, the Group’s flagship property, is situated in the heart of Dublin and is a member of Leading Hotels of the World. In the UK, The Marylebone, The Kensington, and The Bloomsbury hotels are all located in central London. The Group’s Irish hotels also include The River Lee in Cork and The Croke Park in Dublin, while in the US, The Dupont Circle hotel is located in the centre of Washington DC.
Farrell has assumed the role of CCO following more than 11 years as Director of Sales and Marketing at The Westbury, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the hotel’s market positioning, driving sustained commercial performance and elevating its profile as one of Europe’s most celebrated luxury properties. Since joining The Doyle Collection in 2014, Farrell has been instrumental in delivering strategic growth, building high-performing teams and cultivating strong relationships across international markets.
Farrell will be based at the Group’s head office in Dublin, where she will lead the commercial, sales, and marketing strategy across The Doyle Collection’s portfolio. Working closely with hotel leadership teams and head office colleagues, she will focus on strengthening the Group’s global presence, enhancing brand performance and driving long-term commercial success.
Farrell said: “After more than 11 years as Director of Sales and Marketing at The Westbury, I am delighted to take on the role of Chief Commercial Officer for The Doyle Collection. I have grown and learned so much within the Group since joining in 2014, and it has been a privilege to contribute to our commercial and marketing direction."
