Neil Sealy, Exoticca's UK and Ireland Managing Director, is currently recruiting for two additional Business Development Managers (BDMs) to work alongside Richard Hey and Michelle Thake.

One of the new BDMs will cover Scotland and Northern Ireland, while the other will support agents in the south of the country.

Exoticca is dividing the south of the country into separate areas. The West Midlands, South Wales and the South West will be one region, while the other region will include the East Midlands and South East including London. 

Explaining the move, Sealy said: "We're continuing to see very healthy growth with our B2B sales in the UK, and I mean about 300% growth year-on-year.

"Bear in mind we're still very new to the market so high levels of growth are to be expected, although this is exceeding our already ambitious targets."

Currently, Hey covers the north of England, while Thake supports agents in the south.

Sealy added: "This recruitment push will enable us to provide more support for agents across the country, by way of providing training, marketing and event support and just being available to help with any queries."

He confirmed that Exoticca expects to have both new BDMs in place by the beginning of September.
