One of TTG’s most anticipated annual programmes is back! Once again TTG Media is casting the net wide for a dynamic new group of 30 Under 30. This exclusive club of Tomorrow’s Travel Leaders will include a cross-section of representatives from across the travel industry.
Travel industry professionals who are aged under 30 have until Friday 22nd May to submit their written entries. Your application will not be considered if you are turning 30 before 31 December, 2026.
The entry process is set up for both nomination by a manager and self-nomination, and potential candidates should use their written entries to demonstrate how they have already made their mark in their respective workplaces and also to describe their leadership potential.
After entry closes on 22nd May, initial shortlisting takes place and 60 finalists will be asked to submit a one-minute video showcasing their personalities and highlighting their achievements. These will then be whittled down to a group of 30 by a panel of judges that includes members of the outgoing 30 Under 30 cohort, plus representatives from Tui UK & Ireland and TTG Media.
The final 30 chosen will be invited to a series of networking events throughout the coming year including social events and dinners featuring inspirational speakers, plus they’ll be able to take advantage of their complimentary ITT and AWTE annual memberships.
There is also a tradition for the cohort to come together to raise money for charity – the current group are currently fundraising for social enterprise Unseen Tours.
TTG Media’s chief executive Dan Pearce said: “I am thrilled that TTG's prestigious 30 Under 30 is returning once more, in partnership with headline sponsor Tui UK & Ireland, the ITT and AWTE.
“Not so long ago we held a reunion for all the cohorts going back to the very first year of this programme in 2012, and it was heart-warming to see how this community has blossomed into something really special, with various members fulfilling their potential in senior positions across the industry.”
Megan Lewis, business development manager, HX Expeditions is part of the 2025-2026 cohort, and she said the experience has been invaluable: "It's been fantastic to meet so many inspirational people from across the industry, all with different roles and perspectives, from business owners to travel agents, to fellow suppliers.
"Hearing from incredible speakers, including Martin Johnson and Jessica Dennison from Latin Routes and Wendy Wu, has given me even more motivation to keep pushing myself on my own path to one day hopefully becoming a strong and impactful leader."
Another member of the current cohort, Kyle Beevers, sales and product director at Tripse, said he would recommend the programme to anyone under 30 looking to build strong relationships across the industry: "Being surrounded by a group of future leaders who are all pushing forward in their own way naturally raises your own standards too.
"Through those conversations and connections found as part of 30 Under 30, I’ve gone on to restructure parts of my company tech set-up, improve internal processes, and learn new skills that have allowed me to grow and accelerate the growth of my company much quicker than I would have been able to organically."
