From fundraising at key industry events like the Travel Industry Awards to team members pulling on their trainers for the MS Society’s May 50K – plus sharing stories from others in the industry living with the condition – TTG is proud to have surpassed its fundraising target, which of course helps in raising vital funds for MS research.
The most recent fundraising event on Thursday (21 November) saw industry colleagues gather for a quiz night at the TTG offices.
TTG Media’s impact manager Jason Winter, who was diagnosed with MS in 2022, coordinated directly with the charity and his colleagues to put in place plans for the fundraising.
“I was really taken by surprise when I learnt that TTG colleagues had voted to support the MS Society," said Jason.
"Since diagnosis, I’ve always been adamant to learn as much as I can about the condition, but of course raise awareness and help wherever possible.
“I felt honoured and privileged to play a key role in this. It’s been a tremendous effort by the team and we should all feel very proud of this achievement.
“This is a fantastic cause and a brilliant charity to work with. I hope this can provide a precedent for whatever fundraising and charity work we do in the future.”
