- St. Pete-Clearwater has been announced as a partner destination of the 2025 Floridian Michelin Guide, with downtown St. Pete home to Central Avenue (30 walkable blocks of independent bars, restaurants and cafes), whilst a wide range of elevated beach dining options can be found along the coast.
- Clearwater Beach has seen the recent opening of the 248 suite all-Gulf view Opal Sol, a sister property to the already-popular Opal Sands, meaning that when guests book either property, they have access to amenities at both hotels.
