Greece’s largest luxury hotel group said it is keen to add to its "award-winning" UK team with the new remote-based sales and marketing co-ordinator role, as it looks to strengthen relationships with travel agents.
Positioned as an entry point into a long-term career with the brand, Grecotel said those looking to apply for the the role will focus heavily on frontline engagement with the trade, including agency visits, events, fam trips and database development, supporting sales growth while continuing to raise the hotel group's profile among agents.
The expansion comes as the group – which was named Luxury Hotel Company of the Year at the TTG Luxury Travel Awards 2025, where the group also won Luxury Trade Support Team of the Year – continues to invest in the UK as a key source market for its portfolio of luxury resorts. The role will also manage trade-facing social media, support Grecotel’s network of top-performing “Elite” agents, coordinate agent stays and VIP visits, and ensure partners have up-to-date product information and imagery.
Kostas Sinis, Grecotel’s sales and markets strategy director, said: “Agent-led bookings remain a critical driver for our high-end resorts, and Grecotel is having the strongest performance so far from the UK market with consistent trade growth. We are also investing in our properties with key renovations, so have plenty to share with agents this year.
He added: “For this new role, we are excited to grow our award-winning team and are keen to nurture new talent, offering development opportunities as the UK operation grows and we connect agents with as many resources as possible. We are excited to be recruiting again in the UK, as we look to continuously support the trade and grow their opportunity to sell our resorts across Greece.”
