The attraction ticket provider said the new platform would present a “bolder, brighter, fresher look” to users, featuring faster search capabilities which it said would “save agents time and money”.
DoSomethingDifferent.com added that the site, which went live on December 6, reflected the needs of the company’s trade partners and offered services such as a prioritised listings section helping to direct customers to the most popular tickets and experiences; a new “management” area, where posters and e-tickets can be downloaded, and a live function where agents can view availability for limited-capacity attractions.
Users can access the new site using their previous domain and log-in credentials.
Annabel Cove, head of trade sales and marketing, said: “Our old site was in much need of a facelift and we’ve spared no expense – Botox, fillers; the lot. We’ve taken great care to create something that we are proud of and that our trade partners will enjoy.
“We’ve squashed the bugs and ironed out some of the system quirks so booking will be faster and simpler. And of course, agents still benefit from our trade friendly terms – no deposits, amendment or cancellation fees, real tickets and a worry-free guarantee.”
