Passengers who were set to travel on affected services will be reaccommodated on alternative trains.
Five London to Paris services will be affected and two journeys to Brussels have been halted due the national strike.
There will also be cancellations on the same number of returning services from the two European capitals, with a full list of cancellations available here.
Eurostar has also encouraged customers to check their onward travel plans on the continent to make sure they are not caught out.
All other Eurostar services to and from London, Paris, Brussels and Disneyland will run as normal.
Eurostar said: “Due to strike action in France on Wednesday March 9, we need to make some changes to the Eurostar timetable.
“A number of trains have been cancelled with all customers reaccommodated on to alternative trains.
“We advise customers to check in at least 30 minutes before their new departure times.”
The planned industrial action is due to begin at 7pm on Tuesday and end on Thursday morning at 8am.
