More than 100 travel companies and agencies are in the running with the winners set to be announced in March at a ceremony at London’s Grosvenor House.
The likes of Tui UK & Ireland, Lowcostholidays and Monarch Airlines are also in with a chance.
Head judge Christian Purser, chief executive officer, Interbrand, said the judges had a tough job separating the top scorers in each category.
“We looked for evidence of emotional connections. It was also vital that campaigns built equity in a brand for the long-term.” However, he added that budget was largely irrelevant: “It was interesting to see smaller brands punching above their weight, and using PR and social media to extend the value of their marketing.”
