The line said the rise would apply to all new fly-cruise bookings made from April 5 2017, although it added that Air Passenger Duty remained non-commissionable.
It said this would be shown on the confirmation invoice.
The increase was introduced following feedback from trade partners, with the line stating that the move "reinforced its commitment to the trade”.
It added that there would be “regular reviews in consultation with Fred Olsen’s trade partners", and that the "structure may be adapted based on its effectiveness in supporting sales of Fred Olsen’s most extensive and ambitious fly-cruise programme ever".
Justin Stanton, sales and marketing director said: “This move shows the importance of the trade to Fred Olsen with the new Fly-Cruise programme.
“We have listened carefully to the views of our key trade partners and ensured that agents who support the programme with ongoing sales and marketing initiatives are rewarded. It also ties in with the launch of our biggest-ever trade competition, Plane Sailing where agents can win two places on one of the new fly-cruise sailings and experience the product for themselves.”
