Holidays, weekend breaks and luxurious treats are all up for grabs, with tickets costing £10. All proceeds will go to the charity and winners will be drawn at the end of August.
Prizes include a stay at No Man’s Fort, a week’s skiing holiday, a case of champagne, afternoon tea at the Ritz, a weekend in Iceland and a hot air balloon ride over the Cotswolds – all of which have been donated by the 2014-15 intake of Tomorrow’s Travel Leaders.
The money raised will go towards funding the Reuben’s Retreat bereavement counselling services for a year.
This part of the project is well under way – a lodge on the 1.6-acre site has been renovated into a bereavement counselling support centre, with work now due to begin on the main building.
On September 10, the 30 Under 30 will also spend a day at the retreat, lending their time, expertise and muscle power, for a Challenge Anneka-style makeover.
