The company operated as The Couture Travel Company and under its two websites www.couture.travel and www.couturetravelcompany.com.
A statement on the CAA website said the firm had failed on March 31.
The company was based in Taplow near Maidenhead and founded in 2005.
The CAA said the company’s package holiday sales were covered by the firm’s Atol.
The Authority added that customers holding an Atol certificate and scheduled flight tickets may still be able to use them to travel but may have to pay again and claim refunds for other elements of their package such as accommodation.
The CAA said elements included in the package which had not been paid to local suppliers yet would require customers to re-arrange and pay again for those services.
“To avoid any issues in resort, consumers still wishing to travel should confirm all the elements of their booking and agree the price for these in advance of travel,” the CAA added.
Passengers without flight tickets or those who no longer wish to travel should apply for a refund.
