The tour operator will unveil The Academy training portal on Wednesday (March 29), which will include videos and interactive courses separated into modules covering Inghams’ ski and lakes and mountains programmes.
To promote the new system, Inghams has sent 25,000 branded tea bags to 5,000 agents along with a guide to using The Academy.
Simon McIntyre, head of sales at Inghams, said: “We’re delighted to launch The Academy, which has been designed to give agents the tools they need to speak knowledgably about our vast year-round product range, and to better understand the needs of our clientele.”
Agents who complete a minimum of three modules over the next six months will be entered into a draw offering prizes such as holidays to Lake Garda and Austria, shopping vouchers, iPad and flights with British Airways.
