Kuoni Group has continued its downsizing by selling its head office building in Zurich, Switzerland.
The company, which this year sold its entire tour operating division, offloaded the property for around £50 million.
The sale of the “Neue Hard” building and two other properties in Zurich over the last few years completes Kuoni’s streamlining of its real estate portfolio in Switzerland.
Kuoni UK, which also includes the likes of Kirker Holidays and Carrier, is now owned by German co-operative Rewe Group.
