Sicily, Sardinia (pictured) and Corsica will each be available to book through Olympic – taking the number of European islands offered since the operator began running its first trips in 1967, to 50.
To commemorate the anniversary, Olympic will run a series of exclusive trade offers throughout 2017 via a dedicated anniversary page on its website.
Among the new destinations to choose from, Olympic will offer a seven-night stay at the San Domenico Palace Hotel on Sicily, available from £1,599pp including return flights to Gatwick.
Built on the site of a 15th-century monastery, the property offers views of Mount Etna and Taormina Bay and its own Michelin-starred restaurant.
Travellers can also opt for the Hotel Marinca on Corsica’s Olmeto coast, which includes private beaches and spa, leading in at £1,499pp with return flights to Gatwick.
Elsewhere, those looking for a Sardinian getaway can select a seven-night stay at the Hotel Carlos V located in the town of Alghero from £969pp, which includes return flights to Gatwick.
Marketing director Carl Catterall said: “Since opening in 1967 we have continually added new island options to our portfolio, and with our 50th anniversary in 2017 we wanted to celebrate with the addition of these three beautiful islands for customers to discover with us.”
