Lacey will join from easyHotels on September 14, where she is currently global franchise director.
She will take on the corporate travel role from Ken McLeod, who steps down at the end of August but who will continue to work for the consortium on a consultancy basis.
Lacey has also worked for Thomas Cook on the retail side and for Tui’s specialist and activity division.
She said: “I am delighted to be joining Advantage at such an exciting time when it is pushing forward with new initiatives across the whole business.”
