Two female passengers were filmed fighting as they left a flight at Atlanta, the Daily Mail reports, when the crew member intervened.
Delta said he had hit one of the women who appeared to be choking the other to make her loosen her grip.

The pilot was initially taken off duty following the brawl, which other passengers filmed, but was allowed to return to work once the airline concluded he had done nothing wrong.
Police were called to the scene, but according to reports, no charges were brought.
