The 3,560-passenger ship will launch in April 2017 and will sail five to 28-day Mediterranean voyages from Barcelona, Athens and Rome before heading to China in July.
The line’s two recent additions to its fleet – Royal Princess and Regal Princess – will also be based in Europe in 2017.
Royal Princess will feature new 11-day Grand Mediterranean and 10-day Western Mediterranean combinable for a 21-day Grand Mediterranean Collection.
Regal Princess, which launched last year, returns to northern Europe for cruises to Scandinavia and Russia with an overnight stay in St Petersburg.
Princess will also feature its largest British Isles season, with 12 departures on the 3,140-guest Caribbean Princess, including last night stays in Edinburgh for the Military Tattoo on select sailings.
