The vessel will offer 20 dining venues, headlined by the debut of The Mason Jar Southern Restaurant & Bar.
It will also feature Giovanni’s Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar, American sports bar Playmakers Sports Bar & Arcade, and Hooked Seafood.
The Mason Jar is inspired by "southern American charm" and "invites guests to share a meal, drinks and memories in a warm, casual setting".
The Vue, a new cantilevered bar, will offer panoramic ocean views by day, and after sunset, will "shine bright" with a colourful mosaic canopy overhead.
El Loco Fresh and Cantina Fresca is a "grab-and-go" spot for Mexican food, such as made-to-order tacos, burritos and quesadillas.
Meanwhile, The Lime & Coconut will offer poolside bars and live music with "Caribbean vibes".
Guests can also sample Wonderland, Asian-inspired flavours at Izumi, American steakhouse Chops Grille, American seasonal dishes at 150 Central Park, Johnny Rockets, Starbucks, Sugar Beach, and more.
Wonder will call three destinations home during its inaugural year: Fort Lauderdale from March-April; Barcelona and Rome from April-October; and Port Canaveral year-round, starting November.
