The line said Silversea Advocates was “designed to recognise hard work with a wealth of exceptional rewards including exclusive prizes”.
The programme is open to all of Silversea’s retail agencies and homeworkers with those delivering the highest percentage of growth based on bookings compared with the previous year more likely to win.
The top ten agencies per quarter will be recognised as Silversea Advocates, with a quarterly leaderboard revealing the top performing retail agencies. To be eligible, an agency has to have made one booking in the relevant quarter of the previous year.
Successful Silversea Advocates will be awarded exclusive experiences including VIP tickets and trips, with the line offering one of 10 places to Dubai for the first prize in 2016.
Quarterly winners, along with retail agencies who deliver the greatest percentage of growth over the entire year, will also be recognised at a glittering Silversea Advocates event at the end of 2016.
The line said the programme was already underway, with all qualifying bookings since the New Year counting towards the first quarterly leaderboard. Silversea added that it will automatically enter agencies into the programme, allowing them to continue to focus on serving their customers, with no extra paperwork involved.
