The new system is being introduced in February with flights to the destination in 2016-17 going on sale in January.
Founder and managing director Chris Graham said: “It’s not an online booking system, but we’ll be able to make the bookings over the phones.
“It’s a huge benefit to agents as there are a lot of requests coming in and we’ll be able to confirm them on the spot.”
The operator has also added five new itineraries for this spring and summer, including the one-off Wonders of the Sun escorted tour, which takes in Svalbard, the Norwegian fjords and the Swedish mountains.
By starting the tour on August 22, it has been timed to coincide with a rare celestial event when the midnight sun combines with the peak of the Northern Lights’ cyclical activity under a new moon.
The 11-night trip leads in at £3,990pp based on two people sharing and incudes return flights, transfers, full-board accommodation and activities.
The other new tours include the four-night West Sweden Coastal Cruise; the seven-night Faroe Islands – Fly Drive tour; the Escape – Swedish Style and the four-night Svalbard – Tailor Made trip.
