The event, which takes place at Vilamoura on Portugal’s Algarve coastline on November 21-24, will also focus on customer acquisition and retention.
Among the speakers will be Nick Drake-Knight, who is a specialist on customer service, and Ben Clarke- Smith, head of customer success at global reviews provider Feefo.
Simon Jones, a director of Bristol-based social media agency Digital Visitor, will also be presenting a case study on the subject to delegates.
