Flights and Fly Ltd also traded under the names Cheapflights360, City Breaks, Dial and Fly, Fare Advisor, Fare Comparison and Trip Makers.
According to the CAA’s website the company was licensed to make 1330 public sales up until September 2016.
The CAA said the firm may also have sold flights not covered by its Atol.
“The CAA is working to collate information and will publish further information for consumers shortly,” it said in a statement on its website.
TTG contacted the CAA but it was unable to provide any more details.
