‘The Next Chapter… Miami Advice’, which is being held on May 10 – 13, is set to focus on the culture of the city and feature content catered to Advantage’s leisure and business travel members as well as suppliers.
Plenary sessions, keynote speakers, workshops and networking opportunities will all follow the theme and also asses the challenges and changes affecting the travel sector in 2018.
Speed networking will be the main focus on the first day of the event, while sessions will study customer engagement and experience, and how the ability to better communicate to help grow business.
The conference’s content will be divided into three areas:
‘My Story’ featuring sessions showcasing the importance of maintaining and growing personal development.
‘The Travel Industry Story’ focusing on industry knowledge and offering delegates the opportunity to explore how to convey their entrepreneurial message and story most effectively.
‘The Story of our Brand and Business’ highlighting to delegates how insights, training and workshops assist in building a brand that resonates with customers, staff and partners.
