315 members – 50% more than for the group’s last conference – are registered, as are more than 60 business partners. TTNG claims that the conference is the travel industry’s largest agent-specific event and is bigger than the Abta Travel Convention.

Gary Lewis, chief executive of TTNG, said: “We have had a phenomenal response to our conference this year, from both members and business partners, and we are thrilled to have so many delegates attending.

"It’s a reflection of how engaged the membership is with our business and the conference will be a great platform on which to remind everyone of our many achievements since we last met in October 2014 and bring them up to date with our strategy going forward.”

Lewis said that that speakers would be announced in the period leading up to the event, which takes place between May 8 and 10.

“We are looking at speakers that will inspire our delegates and give them fresh ideas and approaches to getting the best out of themselves and their businesses. Our conferences have gone from strength to strength and we are confident that Inspire 2016 will be our best ever,” he said.
