TTG Media is proud to announce a partnership with Children with Cancer UK after agreeing a goal to raise at least £25,000 over the next 12 months.
It is the first time TTG Media has joined up with a single charity for a year, with the team committed to raise the funds via a mixture of events and company donations.
TTG Media has also committed to donate £5 to Children with Cancer UK for every complimentary hotel night experienced by the TTG team over the next 12 months.
Children with Cancer UK, which is dedicated to the fight against childhood cancer, is a local charity to TTG Media, based in Great Ormond Street, London.
It began in 1988 as a small memorial organisation, founded in memory of brother and sister Paul and Jean O’Gorman, who died in 1987. The charity was officially inaugurated by Diana, Princess of Wales, in November 1987, just days before Jean’s death. Since then, it has evolved into a major force in paediatric oncology.
The charity’s aims are to raise funds for research into the causes, prevention and treatment of child-hood cancer; fund welfare projects to provide better care for children with cancer and their families; and to raise awareness of childhood cancer.
