The firm, which cut ties with third-party agents in October, currently has five concept stores in Bluewater (Kent), Metro Centre (Gateshead), Bristol, Leeds and Lakeside.
Another three have been pencilled in for 2016, although the locations have yet to be revealed.
Lee Haslett, sales director at Virgin Holidays, told TTG: “We’ve seen many people join us from the travel industry over the years and as our business is growing, we’re now looking for even more great people to join the Virgin Holidays family.”
