Overlooking the limestone karsts of Ha Long Bay, Yulong Mansion brings together Cantonese culinary traditions, refined service and a setting designed for leisurely experiences. Yu, meaning jade, represents harmony and elegance, while Long, meaning dragon, symbolises strength, wisdom and prosperity, paying homage to the legend of the descending dragon from which Ha Long Bay takes its name.
Floor-to-ceiling glass places Ha Long Bay as the central attraction, with views of the UNESCO-listed seascape setting the atmosphere throughout the day. The restaurant features a main dining room, four private dining rooms and an outdoor terrace overlooking the bay.
Central to the dining experience at Yulong Mansion is the Tea Library, a collection of rare teas sourced from some of China's most revered tea-growing regions, such as Imperial West Lake Longjing Green Tea, known as "Dragon Well" one of China's most prestigious green tea.
Yulong Mansion joins Roku – Star Bar & Dining Room as the second flagship dining destination at InterContinental Halong Bay Resort. Located on the rooftop, Roku celebrates the six classical Japanese cooking techniques; Nukazuke (pickling), Mushimono (steaming), Yakimono (grilling), Agemono (frying), Nimono (simmering). Roku Star Bar features a curated Sake Library with an extensive collection of premium and rare labels sourced from revered breweries across Japan.
The resort's wider dining offering includes Marina Kitchen; La Baguette; Del Mar, inspired by the floating village of Cửa Vạn; and Vue, offering afternoon tea, cocktails, complemented by bay views.
