Billed by the airline as a “new era in flying”, the high-level of personalisation agents can now offer clients not only enhances the customer experience – ensuring they enjoy a flight experience tailored to their needs – but also offers increased revenue opportunities for agents.
Which routes is Lufthansa Allegris available on?

During summer 2026 clients can fly to and from Frankfurt from popular destinations including Cape Town, Delhi, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, Shanghai, Toronto and more.

How can agents match their clients to their ideal seat?
One of the key selling points of Lufthansa Allegris is its ‘Perfect Match’ seat selection, and agents can use a new online tool to determine the best option for their clients.
Choose your client’s preferred cabin class, and then select the options that are most important to them, from seat comfort and location, to the space they require, entertainment options and how they like to relax onboard. Agents can browse 13 different seating options and select a client’s preferred seat when booking.
Which seats are available in first class?
In first class, customers can now choose between the Suite and the Suite Plus. The Suite is located next to the window and can always be reserved free of charge, while the Suite Plus is in the middle of the cabin and can be reserved for a fee.
They both boasts a generous amount of space, with almost ceiling-high partitions and doors, a spacious table and extra-wide seats that convert into a comfortable bed (with the option for a double bed in Suite Plus).
