TTG was named Trade Publication of the Year at Monday's TravMedia Awards in London (22 June), before going on to scoop the Travel Media Website of the Year gong, besting stiff competition from a strong field of national consumer publications.
In the individual awards, TTG Media Senior Editor Katherine Masters was named Trade Staff Writer of the Year – one of four nominees from TTG Media – before being highly commended in the coveted Travel Writer of the Year category.
Meanwhile, TTG Media’s Head of Partner Content Madeleine Barber was highly commended in the Diversity Champion of the Year category.
It comes just days after TTG Media Editor-in-Chief Sophie Griffiths was named Editor of the Year at the “Oscars of Publishing” – the PPA Awards – hosted by the Professional Publishers Association.
TTG's Content and Cruise Editor Harry Kemble, Contributing Editor Jennifer Morris and Luxury Travel Reporter Emma Dooney were all shortlisted for the Trade Staff Writer of the Year category at the TravMedia Awards.
