Clients will able to liaise with an "Expedition Concierge" offering specialist advice across destinations including Antarctica, the Arctic, the South Pacific and Australia's Kimberley region, supported by a new, dedicated website.
According to Clia, expedition cruise bookings increased 42% year on year, while luxury cruise bookings rose 53% compared with 2025.
Lisa McAuley, Managing Director of World Travel Holidings UK, said the investment reflected the company's commitment to such a fast-growing sector, as well as its relationships with "the world's finest cruise lines", which have gone from "strength to strength".
"As expedition cruising gains momentum and expands into new corners of the globe, we are delighted to introduce these expert-led expeditions through SixStarCruises' new platform," she added.
SixStarCruises said its new division builds on 15 years' experience in the luxury cruise market, with specialist consultants using their firsthand knowledge of expedition vessels and destinations to help customers plan tailor-made itineraries.
Andreas Nuessel, Managing Director, UK and EMEA at Silversea, added: "The growth of the luxury expedition industry speaks to travellers' burgeoning interest in immersive, experiential travel to the world's most extraordinary and remote destinations.
"This new website marks an exciting opportunity to further strengthen our partnership as we continue to deliver once-in-a-lifetime experiences for travellers across all seven continents."
To support the launch, SixStarCruises will host a virtual expedition event on 21 July with the Expedition Cruise Network, led by its Chief Executive Akvile Marozaite. The session will introduce agents and travellers to expedition cruising, focusing on the experience rather than individual cruise lines.
