The agency will debut Winged Boots For Agents at the event in London over 21-22 October; the new division will offer advisors 24/7 support via phone, WhatsApp, email, as well as a concierge service and end-to-end journey management.
Agents will also benefit from the expertise within its existing team, each of whom has a minimum of 10 years’ experience in luxury travel planning. “Luxury travel is becoming more complex,” said David Ox, Winged Boots' Managing Director.
“Clients are asking for bespoke, multi-centre, experience-led travel, often spanning multiple destinations, across continents. Agents need trusted partners who can handle these enquiries without compromising service.”
Ox added the move was a “natural progression” for the brand after its sister brand, Ocean Florida, launched Ocean Florida Trade five years ago. “We know there is growing demand for specialist luxury partners within the trade,” Ox continued.
“That's why we're combining the proven trade expertise of Ocean Florida Trade – including members of its founding team – with the award-winning service, supplier relationships and product expertise of Winged Boots to create Winged Boots For Agents.”
