Head of agency sales Julie Franklin said the new trade reservations contact number would allow provide agents a more efficient service across all Hotelplan UK brands – Inghams, Esprit Ski and Santa’s Lapland.
"In the coming weeks, we will be launching a whole new team, many of whom are widely known already, but who will be dedicated to our trade partners," said Franklin.
"Watch this space as we introduce the team who will ultimately be an extension of our agency sales team."
It comes as Inghams rolls out its summer 2023 brochure, its first since 2021, showcasing the brand’s new lake and mountain walking and sightseeing holidays, and accommodation options across Austria, France, Italy, Slovenia and Switzerland.
Hotelplan said in line with Inghams’ climate action plan, the 2023 brochure is – for the first time ever – completely plastic-free. It uses sustainable inks and glues, and will be mailed to agents in paper and cardboard packaging.
Holidays can be secured with a low deposit of £70pp when booked by 31 October.
A seven-night, half-board stay at the 4* Sporthotel Austria in St Johann, including flights, accommodation and in-resort airport transfers, leads in from £818pp based on two sharing departing Birmingham on 27 May 2023.
Elsewhere, a seven-night, half-board stay at the 5* Romantik Hotel Schweizerhof in Grindelwald leads in from £1,969pp based on two adults sharing departing Gatwick on 17 May 2023.
"We are so excited to be delivering our first brochure since 2021," said Franklin. "The front cover really shows what we are all about—destinations that are for those who love to get back to nature, walking and the local traditions that these countries offer.
"We are just as excited to be one of the first companies to be delivering our packs plastic free, using paper which is FSC [Forest Stewardship Council] approved and for the first time we are delivering them wrapped in cardboard and paper to be as planet-friendly as we possibly can be."
Brochures will be delivered to agents from the start of next week (Monday 15 August) and are also available to order through Brochure Bank and Tradegate.
