The former ship singer and star of Bafta-winning series Cruising With Jane McDonald tweeted that she will host Holidaying With Jane McDonald, teasing how the programme would be “a classic holiday show with a modern twist”.
“I’ll be joined by some familiar faces as I travel the world, visiting lots of fabulous destinations and trying out what each resort has to offer,” she said yesterday (25 July).
According to The Sun, the show will “be reminiscent of ITV classic Wish You Were Here? and see Jane trialling holidays of a lifetime”.
