Fagan will focus on raising Hays Tour Operating Limited’s (HTOL) visibility across all divisions of Hays Travel, including its retail branches, franchises, homeworking division, call centre and Hays Travel Independence Group members.
Fagan joined Hays in 2016 on a two-year digital marketing apprenticeship before rising through the ranks to become social media sales team leader.
Head of sales Kathleen Molloy said Fagan’s “considerable experience in travel” would help him “build awareness of the HTOL brand, develop skills within the team and grow online business”.
The announcement comes as after Hays IG late last week revealed it had recruited three new members, and hinted several more were set to join over the coming weeks.
