The system builds on the company's NJT Smart AI platform, which already saves consultants up to 4,000 hours a month collectively. NJT OS is designed to remove the need for consultants to run multiple separate subscriptions for booking management, customer portfolios, HR, marketing and communications, bringing everything into a single workspace at no extra cost.
The announcement was made by co-founder Steve Witt at Not Just Travel's Summer Celebration, held on 4 and 5 July at the East Midlands Conference Centre. The event, the company's biggest ever business development gathering, was attended by 300 people.
NJT OS is being developed in-house, led by Witt, and will roll out to the network's 800+ consultants later this year. Planned features include Gmail integration, automated customer emails, AI powered formatting and content creation, and bespoke social media content generation, allowing consultants to produce a week of posts in minutes.
The platform will also include a task and project dashboard, helping consultants prioritise their workload by flagging what will close bookings, what to action first, what to delegate, what to schedule and what to eliminate.
Steve Witt, co-founder of Not Just Travel, said: "Simplicity is one of our core values, and NJT OS has been designed to reflect that by consolidating consultants' day to day systems into one place. We built this because we know how much time gets lost switching between different tools just to manage bookings, customers and communications. Everything we do, and every pound we reinvest, helps make our consultants more efficient and profitable."
