Air France will suspend flights between Paris and Havana for almost three months starting 29 March. Flights won't resume until 14 June at the earliest.
It comes after Latam and all Canadian airlines stopped serving Cuba earlier this year. Others are reviewing their routes, according to the Foreign Office.
Citing Cuban authorities, the FCDO warns all of Cuba's international airports have run out of aviation fuel. It follows a US blockade on fuel imports.
"Options for leaving the country could reduce further if the situation worsens," said the FCDO in an update to its travel advice on Thursday (5 March).
On the flying revisions, the FCDO says: "Some airlines, including all Canadian airlines and Latam, have suspended flights to and from Cuba, with others reviewing routes.
"Air France has announced the suspension of flights between Paris and Havana from 29 March to 14 June with the last departure from Havana to Paris Charles de Gaulle scheduled for 28 March."
The FCDO continues: "Cuba is experiencing severe and worsening disruption to essential infrastructure, persistent power outages across the country and fuel shortages. These conditions are significantly affecting the ability of visitors to access reliable transport."
It adds authorities there have made temporary changes to transport and tourism operations "to conserve severely limited energy supplies".
