Holliday joined the homeworking group in 2019 as a Corporate Personal Travel Coach, supporting agents with sales, supplier selection and business planning. Most recently Senior Trade Business Development Manager, the newly created role will see her lead relationships with 45 key trade partners and the business's wider supplier network.
Not Just Travel co-founder Steve Witt said Holliday's promotion would help deliver "stronger" commercial opportunities for the company's agent network.
"Emma knows this business and she knows the trade," he said. "Closer partnerships at a senior level means better terms, better product access and more useful knowledge for our consultants. The stronger those relationships are, the more sales our consultants proactively generate."
Holliday brings more than 30 years of travel industry experience to the role. She began her career in retail travel at the age of 16 before progressing into agency management, later spending eight years overseas as a resort manager and holding senior commercial roles with Jet2.com, Leeds Bradford Airport and Thomas Cook.
Speaking about her promotion, Holliday said: "I already have valuable relationships with the trade. What this role allows me to do is give them more attention and be their consistent point of contact who understands what our consultants need."
The appointment follows the recent promotion of Duncan Croucher to Head of Cruise Sales, as Not Just Travel continues to invest in its senior leadership team.
