Well-known luxury hospitality strategist Naoum led UK and Ireland sales, marketing and development for Domes Resorts for almost six years and has established a career spanning more than 20 years across tourism, hospitality, brand development, HR and accountancy.
She has launched Penny's Serendipity House following her “unexpected” departure from Domes Resorts.
The new consultancy “unites three pillars under one vision”:
- Penny's Serendipity Consultancy offering strategic business, sales, marketing, PR, HR, and accountancy consultancy for brands in the tourism industry.
- Learn From Penny, a professional education platform training the next generation of tourism and hospitality leaders.
- Penny's Serendipity Publishing – a creative space focused on empowerment and inner wellness.
Naoum said: “Although my departure from Domes was very unexpected, I’m a strong believer that everything happens for a reason.
“When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade — and that’s exactly what I’m doing. I’ve always been ready, but sometimes you need to step outside your comfort zone to truly grow.”
She continued: “Penny’s Serendipity House is where strategy meets soul — it’s about empowering brands and people to grow with authenticity, purpose and innovation.”
Naoum will continue collaborating within the travel industry while expanding into education and publishing.
