The major new TTG project is aimed at driving up profits and standards across the UK and Ireland, with our team of Travel Heroes from businesses – spanning touring and adventure; ocean and river cruising; and both short- and long-haul travel – committed to working closely with the agencies over the next 12 months.
Launched at the TTG Travel Awards in April, the programme will see each Travel Hero help grow sales in the successful agencies by sharing their expertise in analysis, marketing and sales.
The heroes’ stories, including tips and advice, will be told in TTG via video and social media, and on ttgtravelheroes.com.
The team of heroes consists of Jet2holidays’ Craig Davidson representing short-haul packages; Nick Hughes of Gold Medal and Travel 2 (long-haul travel); MSC Cruises’ Steve Williams (ocean cruising); Jamie Loizou of AmaWaterways (river cruising); and Sarah Weetman of Travelsphere and Just You (touring and adventure).
