New online presentations, enhanced agent training and marketing materials are among the additions to support agents with sales and customer enquiries.
Available via the Scenic Agent Academy, resources include editable PDF brochures that can be overbranded, and new virtual training modules covering Scenic’s fleet, itineraries and inclusions.
The resources also include Scenic’s Online Travel Showcase, an interactive platform featuring a series of 20-minute webinar presentations offering insight into Scenic’s all-inclusive fare.
Presentations allow agents to take a virtual tour of Scenic’s space-ships, as well as access first-hand feedback of onboard experiences and tips to sell itineraries and inclusions.
The new content is geared towards Scenic’s 2022 European river cruise programme, which was launched six months ahead of schedule to give agents access to more availability on popular itineraries, plus additional sailing dates and a wider choice of suites.
Training modules dedicated to Scenic’s 2021 river cruise programme, covering the company’s main 2021 brochure and mini-brochures, is also available from the portal – as well editable versions of the brochures.
Joseph Grimley, Scenic director of trade sales, said: "Being equipped with the latest accurate information is more important than ever before.
"Our agent partners will be able to dip in and out of the online presentations and training modules at their leisure to brush up on their knowledge of our luxury all-inclusive offering at Scenic, giving them the tools, knowledge and confidence to continue to sell our range of river cruising products."
Grimley added there would be more content added for agents over the coming months.
